Sorry if it has been covered before but I spotted 2 officers get out of a green (i think) unmarked Ford Territory the other week at a car v pedestrian.

Anyone have any info on it?

Cheers.

Word from a source in Wapol tells me that they are testing a few different vehicles out, including the territories, pajeros and also the new hilux's. Hope this kind of helps.

Yeah I have been told the APS are using them as well, wasn't 100 percent on it though. Thanks for clearing that up.

Territories are a nice vehicle, but man, those brand new petrol hiluxes fly like you wouldn't believe.

The Hilux has come a very long way from being a gutless tray back piece of crap to a nice flash dual cab V6 with plenty of grunt. We have quite a few of them at work, I hopped in one of them one day and put my foot down, scared the hell out of me!!

We have a new Hilux dual cab with a custom designed Trade Mate on the back as a TV Production car. Has great pick-up and handles well compared to the Rodeo we had previously.
