I have started listening to the Kalgoorlie Online scanner, and, due to coming from the eastern states, there are some matters being discussed that I don't fully understand.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the appropriate direction.
I am looking for a list of codes / abbreviations, but not the incident codes.
For instance, they talk about VRO.
However, the link that you provided only gives the actual job codes.
I was wondering if there was a list of abbreviations and other colloquial terms.
I heard MDL used earlier, which I assume is Motor Driver's Licence.

What Tyranus said.. I don't think there is a list, but the majority of members here will know most of the terms.. it wasn't that long ago we could all listen. Just ask

The list that I have is probably five or six years old now.
It does have a space for "Portables and Beats", but it is blank. It does come right after the 700-series of numbers.
I may be wrong but there may be a typo on the list you have. I believe KE is Eucla and KG is Kalgoorlie. They are next to each other on the list and may have been transposed. It makes sense with the naming conventions KE=Eucla and KG=KalGoorlie
