Guys just heard this on Channel 8 - 468.025
Apparantley - Police are attending some sort of trainning details below:
Briefing at 9:15am
Gate 4 of Perth Airport -All tune into Channel 38 if anyone is interested

Just for everyones records, this is a Full Scale Trainning Excersise - at Perth International Airport.
All Emergency Services are dealing with a Simulated air crash with 64 souls on board.
SES have also arrived - so SJA, FESA and WAPOL are all in attendance - this sounds like the real thing.
Police Command Post has been set up, and you may here this more than the guys on the ground.

what time did it go till cause i was listening from 10 till 1130 and didnt hear it. would have been interesting to hear how they handle it

JG-103 - well they started Radio comms testing around 8:50am - their briefing started at 9:15am - and all emergency vehicles entered the Airport through gate 4 - to a "Holding Area"
So it was on and off - you are right, it did get quiet around the 11:30 mark, as they were raping it up.

No APS not involved was watching it all from the Qantas domestic terminal.Quite funny to see the look on peoples faces.They thought it was the real thing.
