I think he wants peoples comments on it...... Not Just 'So' or 'Yes'JG-103 wrote:so....?
exactly the same with speed camera locations.JG-103 wrote:Geez, you would catch more people by not telling em because they wouldnt be aware
I would hazard a guess that this ad may be more targeted at the young and up and coming crims. It won't deter the hardcore elements however, if it stops one or two of the younger ones then surley it is worth while.JG-103 wrote:In that case Ludacris![]()
The add is stupid, why tell the crims about it, its not goin to deter them, its just goin to make em more cautious, just like when they advertise about forensics and stuff, dont tell em !!!! Now all the crims have to do is wear gloves and make sure they dont leave any blood or anything like that- u need them to be in a false sence of security and catch them unaware with techniques they dont know about.
Geez, you would catch more people by not telling em because they wouldnt be aware that they are working is this group and reporting crime and what not, now they are goin to be more cautious and be on the look out for posties and council and what not.
The add wont deter crims, it will just make them more cautious.

Ever heard of proactive policing (vice reactive)? Policing isn't all about catching crims when they commit an offence. Its also about detering/preventing people from committing offences in the first place (which is much better and ideal).JG-103 wrote:Geez, you would catch more people by not telling em...
