Any more info? Was it while the fireworks were still going or after?

I saw the whole thing
Just lots of black smoke and a bit of fire - with fire works going off sporadically for 40 minutes after the skyworks show finished

they had leftovers? or were they backups...
for "the best skyshow ever" i would've expected them to use everything they had.

The flames looked pretty big from where I was, must've been the ones that didn't go off in sequence during the show.

I watched ch7 & 10 and read the west, the west said 2 went up and 10 also said 2, but 7 said 3 went up... Pretty conflicting.

I would have said like 15 went up - granted most were little one
one big one actually exploded on the barge.

jeez serious? The mayor's like "I didn't even notice and it didn't effect anything" yet you've got a serious fire aboard a vessel with 1 injured, and the lives of the several water tanker crews with the stray fireworks exploding meters in front of them. He should be ashamed of that comment and now hes got a barge at the bottom of his beloved river.
