It was initially a vehicle failing to stop, never turned into a pursuit, VKI was asking if he was a pursuit driver ect, when the male officer radioed in a few seconds later he was saying he needed urgent help. It turned from a vehicle failing to stop to the incident above in under a minute.
Seems my scanner is picking up channel 26, its just very quiet

Man shot dead after Perth car chase
A police officer has shot dead a man after a car chase in the Perth suburb of Floreat.
Police say they were chasing a car this afternoon when it crashed through the fence of a house on Salvado Road.
A man left the car and stabbed an officer in the shoulder.
The officer shot him dead.
The officer has been taken to Sir Charles Gairdner hospital for treatment.
Police internal affairs and major crime are investigating.
