Yeah I agree, but the do gooder brigade would have somehting to say!!! Police being heavy handed being the main thing they would pull with a lot of excuses.

If it wasn't for the bystander at the counter he might have been able too, but with another person that close you have to worry about shooting the wrong person. I would assume that the person at the counter jumped in pretty quick after it happened and the SGT wouldn't have had a clear shot.

I have "family" in Collie and I've been there a few times. I don't recon its that bad. If fact the last time I was down there was for work related purposes and it was a blast *g*
