WA Radio Scanner Users' Group

Hi all, as I'm sure you've seen the news, there's a "blitz" happening in Northbridge with an extra 200 officers patrolling the area to crack down on anti-social behaviour. I've noticed they have the command truck out there for coordination. Is this using the same set of frequencies and talkgroups as SkyWorks and other events when the truck is deployed? Also wondering if anyone has tried trunk tracking the City of Perth DMR network as I know the 2 agencies work together for CCTV monitoring of the areas.
