SurfCom run a DMR repeater network throughout WA, Margret River's frequency would be 164.5875, TS 1 and CC 1, main talkgroup of 200.
DFES don't seem to have a command channel repeater out that far, since it's so far north. You could possibly get ambulances calling into hospitals around 78.7125. If you have equipment for HF, I bet the local Police station has a HF rig setup for calling VKI, like in Lancelin.

Also, depending on conditions and your equipment, you might actually have a chance of receiving the Bunbury VHF-high repeater on 163.7125, but as I previously mentioned, you wouldn't hear turnouts for appliances in that area since they don't call in via the radio.

Edit: just checked the WAERN channel list and they have 3 channels allocated to the area
253 - 162.3375
254 - 162.6875
255 - 164.7625
