Bassendean reports no persons trapped, Malaga stood down.

how come the fatality in Broome is counted in the road toll when it was on a beach??
I'm not sure if the beach is classed as a gazetted road. When I was there in April, everyone drives on the beach, even large tour buses, belive it or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update - wrong location given by complainant. SJA at scene, AV 250 & AV 206 following FESA to north of Russell Road.

AV 250 updated - nil serious injuries. Person still trapped but thankfully not as bad as first thought.
