heard a t/a on Canning Hwy or Mill Point Rd early this morning around 12:30am.can anyone confirm if this went fatal or not.One officer said it was fatal then another said it wasn't.
There was a pedestrian hit and killed in the early hours this morning. I would suggest that this may have been the one that you heard about. There was another two fatalitys overnight, one from a car rollover in halls creek, and the other from a vehicle incineration in pinjarra.
26 y/o female was killed when her car hit a tree and she was ejected from vehicle in a crash approximately 10km from Toodyay. The vehicle was extensively damaged by fire and it is not known if the fire was started by crash, or the vehicle rolled into the flames. The school teacher from toodyay was fleeing from fires in the area.

A truck driver was trapped in his vehicle for several hours today and had to be freed by officer from FESA using the jaws of life. The man was transported by emergency rescue helicopter to RPH. He is in a stable condition.
