I completely agree with the comments made by "john" on 6PR. Current pursuit guidelines are outdated and allow criminals free run. It's about time they changed and gave the power back to the police to stop these criminals. I hope senior police pull ther fingers out and support the frontline with the power and resources needed to take back the streets! Coppers have my 110% support, and I hope all rank/file coppers support "john", one can only assumed he has a target on his back now! =D>

Swan View...that explains Polair being overhead when I went to lunch. Would have been a great listen if we still could :(.

No because he escaped from Charlies at 06:00 this morning - read here - http://au.news.yahoo.com/thewest/a/-/ne ... -hospital/

Currently still at large - Massive search underway.

UPDATE
Police are closing in on an area of bushland known as Harris Park and Jones Park, which is bordered by North Street, Jameson Street, Campbell Barracks and Swanbourne Beach, in the hunt for Colin Bradley Little.

Mr Little has been sighted near the Campbell Barracks on West Coast Highway, home to the elite army SAS unit. Police have commenced a line search of the bush area in an attempt to flush him out.

Police have caught up with Mr. Escapee:

http://www.perthnow.com.au/news/car-jac ... 5842317979

He was tracked to a house in Brassey Street, Swanbourne where he has been found hiding in a tree. He was surrounded by heavily armed Tactical Response Group officers and brought to the ground.

Is it just me or did they bring Vin Diesel in to assist from looking at that picture :-"

Glad they finally caught him, I was fearing he'd just jack a car and it would be a repeat of yesterday.
