Don't know if anyone else posted this - but I am disgusted by Kobelke not being present for this...

I just sent an email back to the ministers, thanking them for their "personal" reply. Also asked them why the minister wasn't capable of attending the Police Officer of the Year due to a "Cabinet" meeting, but could turn up at the Eagle's ceremony. Doubt if I'll get a response.

Well... it's a start I suppose. At least it's got the government back to the negotiating table with luck.
Now all they need to do is come to their senses and cough up the rest of the money.

4.5% + 4% + 4%
Plus some extras which equal about 7-8%

My Brother in law pulled the pin and is now working on a mine-about 6 months ago he lost his traffic car and it was sent back to perth for some bizarre reason and not replaced (he was up in the bush near halls creek) so ended up stuck in an office doing briefs for ages.
They Definately dont get paid enough my thoughts anyways, not to be abused n the usual im curious how many go to work with a no care factor attitude (and i dont mean that in any form of disrepect either)
With any job when you have a gut full you have the whole who gives a rat and it shows in your job performance.
