Not sure how long this has been the case, but the helicopter is no longer trackable on flightaware:

FlightRadar24 also block aircraft at the operator's request. I know they block aircraft for some wealthy Western Australians (mine magnates, Crown Casino etc).
You can still see the aircraft if you run your own receiver and decoder (pretty cheap and easy)
