WA Radio Scanner Users' Group

I was heading to the city on the mitchell just about to pass under the warwick road bridge when going the opposite way I noticed about 10 cars all stopped, with people getting out of them, and an old (1980's style) white sedan with a P plate, female driver, facing the other way with the front end of her car smashed in and also a taxi which appeared to have steam/smoke coming from his engine bay.

This was around 2:45/3:00pm I think.

Did anyone hear this or know more about it?
