I know hey seems always to be a delay in between calling other services, success and armadale just mobilised to attend apprantley persons trapped but VC car has confirmed before a 317 driver only minor injuries and an oil spill.

317 - DUI.

Sounds like Armadale 1st caused a lil TA as they went through an intersection responding to this call.

317 ? under the influence

I noticed it happens alot between sja/fsa/wapol one calls for the other assistance and is usually 10 mins before the other service responds. But i guess relaying information taking the info could be that long.

Unless vki/6ds/6AR have a direct line between each other or need to go through 000 i dont know really hey.
