hmm can't remember exactly but there was a pursuit earlier this week "oops must of been a problem with the brakes we have rear-ended the offender". I think it was a zulu car but don't quote meTom wrote: AZ204 was on the news tonight minus it's front spotties, so must of been crashed!!
Is that a new one? I don't remember any India prefixes before (although my brain is turned off coz it's too close to Christmas to think )WPXZBP wrote:"India Bravo 115" (IB115) on air last night helping look for a flasher.
I've never heard an India prefix before. Mind you, I'm more used to hearing Yankee prefixes where I live and November prefixes when in Perth. He was on his way home at the time leading me to believe he's not from the Joondalup district.Zebedee wrote:Is that a new one? Was 501 a P/C, if so they do use the boys from VIU and that would explain the ute.nachoman wrote:re: the TE459 Escort a few posts up
also saw TE501 (4WD) and TE505 (ute with raised canopy) escorting an oversized piece for the Narrows rail bridge along Abernethy Rd Kewdale this arvo.
if it hasnt got lights its more than likely a forensics car i saw one of these around kwinana the other day and the officer was wearing forensics overalls i think they are classed as p.4 vehicles correct me if im wrong due to them not having lights and sirens but are markedpinkbosseslady wrote:Expect to see a marked magna out on the road sometime soon. Saw one last week waiting to be checked over by the mechanics
Had an incident during the week where we required Police assistance at work for an offender on premises. Waited 1 hour and a half in the middle of Northbridge for police to arrive (with the offenders arms locked up behind his head) - they ended up dispatching WT901 to our location. I made a joke about the response time and they said they were from Subiaco.Tom wrote:Sounds like WT901 has made it to Central.
Can any of the ch34 listeners confirm this??
cheers
