Wonder how many more 'concerned citizens' will call saying they've seen it too.
I reckon the whole thing sounds a bit too calculated to just be a joyride thing but who knows

Short car pursuit in Scarborough, ended 200m south of West Coast Hwy and Scarb Bch Rd...asking for traffic seargent to attend, no damage to WAPOL car but damage to VOI...

Short pursuit heard about 11ish this evening. Read Street x Safety Bay Road Waikiki. 2 heads on board. P2 given to P2 driver. Speed 135 km/hr in a 70 zone. Told to abort by DI just as the VOI lost control at the roundabout there. 2 in custody
