I know it is a tragedy this has happened and it is all her own fault... but isn't that exactly what we say every time it has happened in the past and will happen in the future. Remember the old slogan... Don't Give Me Problems; Give Me Solutions..
Well we have all being giving solutions to our politicians for years now and what has been done about it.... absolutely nothing. Isn't it about time a politician or two got up on their soapbox and made a point of actually doing something about it. We have the solutions... they have the power. And it is an election year as well. and :?

This is kind of getting off topic now, went from reporting a TA to talking about saving lives. I know the road toll is way too high, but it shouldn't be in this thread? Just my opinion.

Saw a TA on the way back to Gero yesterday, looked like a vehicle sideways in the bush about 30kms south of Cataby. Did anyone hear anything regarding this. 2 WAPOL 4x4s in attendance with a towy standing by would have been around 6pm.

Channel 10 has confirmed that one of the deceased in this accident was the brother of tv presenter Ernie Dingo.

TA on East Parade over Farmer Fwy this afternoon. Car v Motorbike. Rider was in bad way. Ambos didn't move him for a VERY long time, and used what looked like full spinal protocols when they did. Traffic was a bit chaotic. Vehicles in attendance were LP201, GC107, AG251, 1x Ambo and a Highway Hero for traffic management.

Odd enough seeing an LP (Pingelly??) traffic car at the scene, but while i was there LF201 (Lake Grace) drove past.
