Didn't acknowledge the photographer, Ty, as I honestly have NFI where it came from...

As I said, all the news sites used that picture, so god knows where it came from at first.

As there are only 2 primary local News service websites (thewest.com.au & news.com.au), a quick check would have revealed the name of the photographer. Please go to the following link to see all of the CREDITED photos of yesterdays freeway crash.

The photographers name is Sharon Smith, a staff photographer with the West Australian.

Ok.... aunty apologies to you.... I did state I had no idea where the picture came from, and if I had've known at the time I posted, I would have identified the source. It came to me in an email highlighting the fact that the freeway was in chaos that afternoon, and the picture was attached as an individual shot with no extra information.

I have now since checked out those links you mentioned, and yes, you are right, the source is now known and I fully acknowledge that the pictures were taken by said person, not by me.

Admittedly, though, am feeling a bit put off posting anything at present... Seems to me when I do someone always has something negative to say about it.

geeez alot of pedantic people around here as of late?

they are just pictures, it doesnt matter who takes them they will still look exactly the same.

Don't do that, we were only joking, thats fine...I even had a look at those pictures that Auntys showed, and didn't see the credit until just then

Saw the answer on the news. Head on fatality. Car crossed on to wrong side of rd to overtake but collided head on with a med size truck.

Another sad day for families involved.

Channel 10 just reported a 29 year old man died when his vehicle crossed the the wrong side of the road in Gnangara and hit another head on this afternoon.

just been told about a car vs car just outside harvey heading back perth
car has rolled and the scene doesn look good taxi drver is involved
