they sure have.

They have had the blue stobes since they first started...(from what i can remember).

They have 2 one underneath towards the nose, and the other one is towards the rear but still underneath...I have seen them use their strobes on that huge Chase last week with the VZ Ute, the aftermath of the Skyshow in 2005 and a few other "Major" incidents.

Looked like a station wagon to me.

yeh the siver station wagon ripping it up across wat looked like a park ... had the blue beacon on the top.
