Which side of the river were you on? We were on the south side near Heathcote. If it wasn't for us [SES] having some candy which we gave to the WAPOL they wouldn't have had any to give out in our area.
I'm not saying none of them gave them out, I was just saying at least the ones in my area were not provided them. The other ones might have purchased them on their own, or they may have been supplied, I don't know. All I know is the ones we were with were not supplied.
My SES unit were beingf hammered with minties all night long, the police were driving through Kings Park and had bags thrown at them, the was more than enough minties going around.
They also had boxes of them in the command center in Kings Park they were handing out.
Im with Kalmunda...From what i undertand yeah they didnt seem to be handing much out there but alomost everyone else i was talking to on Riverside Dr and in Kngs park had heaps

Well said Walks , as if you blokes needed an extra job that night too! and from what i hear from friends who attended there were more minties thrown than eaten anyway.
