Not heard anything about them changing channels. They could be using mobile phones instead. So if the POI is somehow listening in he cant now.

Guys, i honestly don't beleive he has a scanner on him - How would he know all the freqs? I mean seriously - could you run with a scanner all this time, go in water and still work???? hmmm

POI has been caught...........HM404 has taken him into custody. k-9 unit on the way. ZB 101 padlocked cage. heading to mirrabooka station.
