theres a hilux dualcab with an ice cream van on the back and no callsign,going around rocko and kwinana,anyone know the callsign?

Def not defence. Have seen it a few times and it is marked as police so wouldnt be transit either. There is however no visible car number,

tango 2 was down at the kwinana motor plex last looked good with the light bar at night post some pics later altho no guarantees as they were off my phone
