They would probably have to log onto TADIS using the call sign.

yeh thats probably right. i have heard a few officers jumble their call sign or saying the incorrect one... mistakes happen and i guess sometimes thats the last thing on ur mind

New GC105 this morning, this particular vehicle doesn't appear to have TADIS fitted....camera phone shot

Yea as walks said, its a major benefit when your in a pursuit or just doing some general comms over radio, "VKI this is........wait let me pull over and see which car im in" :)

Same reason why aircraft have it printed on the dash, "Tower VH- ummm standby gotta pull over" :smt119

Spotted WT901 outside perth tranio today and also LA202 looked like a new VE going down albany highway

anyone know what a 'JAG' vehicle is? just heard it on City channel... VKI asked "are there any JAG vehicles available"..

ANyone have a clue???

I think it is a special "tag" given to officers allowed to arrest Juveniles (Juvenile Arrest Group???)
To stop displaying signatures, go to the User Control Panel > Board Preferences > Edit display options > Display signatures > No > Submit
