Full details was a car northbound, hit a pedestrian, spun out and hit another car and denting a power pole, killing back seat passenger and serious injuries to driver of 2nd car, Pedestrian not seriously hurt, my collegue lost a tow job, being fatal police called in AAAC towing. Traffic was diverted as "Nachoman" says.

Yes it is.. Pathetic organisation with MRD Traffic Contol debating to what signs to need to bring, they should be loaded and equipped to deal with any emergency and be on their way long ago..

Guildford Road Bayswater - 3 ambulances, tow trucks, police. Saw at least 3 cars involved, hope everyone is ok!

Stoneville Road Mundaring - Police and 1 ambulance, looked like 1 ute (possibly another vehicle) - ditto, hope everyone is ok!

Car v Car - Murray St and George St?? in West Perth - with Injuries - GC-104 enroute - SJA on the way

C v C - vs Powe Pole down - injuries - FESA - SJA enroute - Cnr Angove and Fitzgerald St...

Single vehicle roll-over - The Boulevard and Dursent?? St in Floreat. A UQ car enroute.

Ten News, Car poughs into a parked semi trailer, driver does a runner, woman passenger has to be cut out.

Another 315, MC rider ploughs into car, receives spinal and other injuries.

Don't think its a TA. Heard shots fired before and theres evidently a good 20 cops there. Its just off St Brigids. I believe they've gone encrypted though, so havent heard anything new..

BREAKING NEWS: Police TRG squad surround Midland gunman after chase

BREAKING NEWS: THERE are unconfirmed reports that shots have been fired at police from a car involved in a high speed pursuit near Midland today.

A police spokesman said the car had pulled into an address in Middle Swan where the driver is currently bailed up.

Officers from the Tactical Response Group are at the scene where a stand-off has developed.

Yeah, its was a pursuit that turned into a siege. Shots fired at police vehicles, TRG at scene with their new toy, POLAIR 61 hovering above recording incident. Shotgun sighted and shot were fired out the back window.

Gone digital now.Tried to evac nearby school - but there were no students there today.

Midland Ch 46 still ops, for normal vehicles, Siege will be on Ch 2010, Encripted, you wont hear it. other Media Chopers flying around.

1430 Polair flew over Helena Valley. I assume the siege is over and everyone is standing down or polair has due to fuel levels.

315 TA Fatal crime scene 0855 Reid Hwy x Mirrabooka ave westbound, Cars send from everywhere to block Reid Westbound at Alexander hwy, block Mirrabooka Southbound near JSR Scool, Block Northbound Mirrabooka at Yirrigan Drve, Put Eastbound Reid on Amber Flashing, NO right turn Reid into Mirrabooka, counted least 9 cars sent Ch 21
