hi guys
im very new to scanning so im going to ask some dumb questions
while on the enq channel i heard the following...can any one tell me what they mean

1: clean skin
2:doc it

Hi goswa.

Clean skin means that the person doesn't have what we'd call a police record. They haven't ever been arrested, etc.
