Edit< On 9 news police on way to work saw hoons racing, other driver took 19 y old to hospita, driving on overseas licence, while breath testing him in hospital, the others took off,,,,,, so why cops didnt nab them all at scene, rail closed for 3 hrs at 6,30am.

On-duty officers never got there, b4 the other driver and injured driver took off. to RPH.

when cops got to RPH,only an hour after the crash had occur. would you stay hang around RPH???

No, WAPOL doesnt do the subiaco road close. They are a mob with little yellow flasing lights and try to act all pro!

There are many authorised road Traffic Control Companys under the Main Roads criteria and are engaged by Companys to do road closures etc, they have higher control than Police do at a scene, detour or accident.

- Drive down the wrong way down a road with flashing yellow lights and give the cops lip when pulled over

- They do diversions to the right, yet the arrows going to the left?????

But I have seen s Advanced Traffic Management cars around too so they may be either part of the same mob or co-contracted.

WARP is the Main Roads authorised freeway Contactors for Freeways, there are many other traffic control companys, one who recently controlled Highways got the sack, not sure who has that authority now., as for the post of wrong directions,,,,dont know, but need to be reported to Main Roads.
