Cheers for that hitman.

I would of though WT901 would of been allocated to a 'bigger' station than Subi.

Perfect for Central work in my opinion being able to carry 4 coppers.

Although I sometimes wonder where they would put all the gear and files/paperwork etc etc as it doesn't seem to have anywhere to carry all the goodies.

At least with GC104 and GC106 being sedan they can dump stuff in the boot.

If there were 3 more like WT901, the 4 of them would be ideal in Northbridge on a Friday and Saturday night. The vans simply park and patrol from each corner - any dramas, offenders in the back. They stay there until the shift is over when they are then processed/booked etc.

The problem with Northbridge is there is a heavy police presence for 1 hour, and then the following hour is open slather because the cops are dealing with other incidents or returning to lockup to unload their arrests.

Anyone know what the procedures are for escorting offenders? Can offenders remain in the back of a vehicle until its time to go to the lockup, or must they be taken immediately upon arrest?

I've only monitored 27 when in town. Will keep my ears on 61 when there next.

Oh, and Ludacris, I said Commodore- style ute - never said it was a Commodore! :D
