ARMED police have arrested two men believed responsible for at least five robberies in Perth's south-eastern suburbs.
The pair, dubbed the ``take-away bandits'' after robberies on at least three fast food outlets, were arrested in separate raids this afternoon.
Armed Tactical Response Group officers conducted simultaneous raids shortly after 3pm today, arresting one man on the roadside in Netley Place, Armadale, and the other at a house in Ensign Dale, Kelmscott.
The man apprehended in the Kelmscott raid sustained a minor injury and was taken to hospital.
The other man has been taken to Cannington police station, where it is understood he will be charged with armed robbery.
The pair, who have used a gun in all the robberies, had terrorised fast food outlets and pharmacies in the sout-east of the city for the past week.
On Tuesday they allegedly held up two pharmacies within 20 minutes and robbed a Chicken Treat store in Canning Vale earlier in the day.
Last week robberies were committed at the Kelmscott Eagle Boys store, during which a shot was fired, and a Subway restaurant in Thornlie, where a gun was pointed at a woman's head.
