Hi guys, is there a working online scanner? is it worth listening, are the fuzz still on strike??

About 30 mins ago a plane flew circuits around the city with a banner saying "Pay rise for Carpenter, Pay cut for cops"

still couldnt get the thing to work, im going to go with, maybe my internet provider isnt waix connected. Hmmm how would I find that out? My scarnner died cause for some reason when you put rechargeable batts in it you have to flick a switch...I didnt read that in the manual, I didnt read the manual.
