For something designed to be put on the parcel shelf of a car you'd think that they'd be designed to cope with... you know, the heat that comes with being on the parcel shelf of a car?!

Our sun really worries me with electronics in the car. One morning I forgot to don the windscreen sun shield and left something in the front of the car which I stuck an infra-red thermometer on, was reading ~60-70C ](./images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall")
