A game you guys might find interesting, is 911 First responders

Basically your in charge of every thing police fire ambulance

when dispatching vehicles you choose who to dispatch in the vehicle, and what equipment they have, when a fire truck arrives on scene you have to get the guys out of the vehicle, ask them to get the hose, then ask them to connect to the hydrants or the truck, same goes for the guy in the bronto lift.

Ambulances have a doctor and 2 paramedic's, the doctor must treat the patient till he his stable to move, then the paramedics move him.

Every thing costs money, including dispatching, you can enter buildings, firemen can remove people from the building or lift objects, and dive in the water.

Dont get your Trucks to close they catch fire as well

There are several different types of fire trucks, police vehicles, and service vehicles

I've actually had that game for quite a while. The LA Mod is actually quite realistic version of how things are in the US. There are a few mods being created as 'Submods' for it that are going to make it truly realistic.. or close to.

I use that one because it has all the stuff I like in it, undercovers, as well as pretty pretty fire trucks. Though, I wasn't aware the NY Mod was done. If that's the case, I may take a look at that as well

EDIT: Actually, just throwing this out there as information, that's the Los Angeles Mod. You can tell by the trucks/ambulances being red, and the police cars being black/white instead of white with blue stripes/words.

With the great exchange it cost me $25 AUD with an extended download time. Bloody brilliant game! Turning out units to everything such as Structure Fires and even including an outbreak of rabies [which you have to shoot the dog!]

You will want to install the LA mod, as mentioned above, it uses stations and has a better range of vehicles, it also has a rapid deployment feature on the fire trucks.
