does anyone know what "in room dining" means?

does anyone know what "in room dining" means?

I can hear this phrase "in room dining" being used alot on a hotel Freqnency. Just wondering if anyone knws wheather that would mean the resturant down stairs or room service?

In-room dining, AKA guest room dining, AKA room service.
