Certainly is that old, Police had a display in 2005 when I was doing my IT courses and that was out in Forest Chase as one of their tools though the spiel at the time was that we'd be seeing a lot more of them.

The news item clearly states the picture was taken in 2005. The news item itself is new and had not been posted AFAIK, and I had not seen it ( the wheelie bin camera housing ) either in 2005 or later, so thanks for posting it.

blinky, we're not arguing against the newspaper, even I received the email saying watch out police are now using this as a technique.
