Tickets can be purchased on the day

Adults and Children - $15.00 per person for the whole day, with more than just train rides running for the day

hope to see you out there, and if you see me and i look like a zombie, it is because i willl be there from 6am, to learn how the steam trains are set up (especially Fremantle) :)

(Edit) Oh, and Doug (Zebedee) wont, because he has some course, or some stupid excuse like that (which i have been having a go at him for for a week :P)

And for people wanting to listen in to the scanner, Whiteman Park's radio (VZ6WK) is on 462.275MHz... ;)

and any Callsign beginning with "whiskey" is to do with the railway.

eg: Whiskey 1 - The Workshops (usually), Whiskey 2 - Guard on Train 1, Whiskey 3 - Guard on Train 2, Whiskey Junction - Whitemans Village Junction (thats all i remember :P)

Clearly not :p

I'm speaking with doug to see he i can sit the exam without doing the course... With doug sending me material on what i need for the exam.

Well if you're going to "play trains", I can't think of a better way than to play with REAL trains! ;)

precisley... real trains that can blow up, or blast hot coal in your face, or burn you, or knock you on your ass if you open the smokebox at the wrong time... you name it :P

Was a great day. My 13 month old loved it.
We should have brought our own food however!!! #-o
The Birds of Prey show was really good too.

SAR NG15 123 on saturday - some of the guys returning after a run around the bushland loop

The other Steam engine during steam tests (it literally only got its boiler certificate saturday)

The Fowler "Rosalie" (who wouldn't start on sunday... flat as a tack battery - needed a jump start, yes - you can jump start a train)

The Gemco "Windy Wyndam" (who ran on sunday... but didn't actually run ;) the NG was doing all the work)

As you can see... we puts faces on the trains :D

Last time I went to Whiteman park I had a walk around that station (where the museum is). I then went looking for the mussell pool and never found it despite following the signs. I must have been missing something.

don't follow the signs, take the train :P

Mussle Pool is a fairly small station... not much around asside from the picnic area
