I just got back from taking my wife to the Vanessa Amorosi concert at the Mundaring Weir Hotel (Wedding Anniversary present), and WOW can that girl belt out a tune. More power on stage than the Energiser Bunny, and she really knows how to get the crowd jumping... literally (in to the swimming pool in front of the stage! ).

" The approved music list has been refined to bring it in line with Church music guidelines, which is that for Church activities and dances the beat of the music is not to overshadow the melody. Many songs have been removed from the approved list where it was felt that the beat over shadowed the melody. These song titles can be found in a PDF document on this web page. The list may be refined further over the next few months."

playworth... Don't post before doing your research. Vanessa Amorosi's first hit was in fact "Have a Look" released in July 1999. The song correctly titled "Absolutely Everybody" was released later in 1999. Vanessa's recording and performing career was well and truly established throughout 2000 and long before NYE 2001.
