The main thing to understand is that we aren't uploading them to this forum, we upload them somewhere else and then link to them here as explained in Jonesy's link. That way the owner of the site doesn't have to have file hosting.

Agreed! you don't get thumbnails people have to click on you just get nice big picture :)
