Youtube Fast train wickedness

may have allready been posted. but it was the worlds fastest train record attempt on the french TGV, better than the jap one as it used existing tracks , engines etc..

pure awesomeness. Sure beats the old 100Km perth to mandurah line. or the new 'high speed' train that may may may go up to 150Km/h that may be built to bunbury.. Doesnt seem so fast after this eh?.

ouch, that's an incredible speed. No wonder they had what looked like a hawk but was probably a mig flying with it!

Wow. I though maybe 300k's but the clock kept ticking. Imagine getting across Aus at that speed, you'd be in Sydney in hours giving a jet a run for its money. Of course if it hit a roo at that speed ummm errr
