Fuuny thing I saw at a laser action

My wife and I walked past a couple of Mike Bikes performing a laser action on Wellington St, near the train station this arvo when my wife pointed at a 'step-through' approaching the guys. She said that the rider looked about ten years old (he wasn't speeding as far as I could tell). Sure enough, he got pulled over and the rider definitely looked 12 or 13 when he took his helmet off. We picked up the car and drove past a minute later. He definitely looked way too young to be licensed. The sad thing was he also had a pillion passenger who was carrying some sort of large object.

Haha lol...ok maybe funny wasn't the best word to use...it's been caught a couple of times...late last year 3 kids were picked up on Reid Hwy I think 14 year old with 2 younger siblings...Joked that police would have picked something as suspicious as the driving was probably too impecable for perth.
