Doesn't have a weather forum but doesn't mean we can't talk about it Currently its hot humid and hot. Haven't had rain for over a month.

for the fellow who says who cares if u don.t realize weather updates may enhance your scanner listening

Certain weather conditions result in "ducting" where you can hear VHF/UHF radio signals from other areas.

eg hearing Geraldton from Perth.

I think that keeping abreast of the comings and goings of the weather is quite relevant and also lends itself to some interesting conversation pieces at parties.

I find it good when you're digging yourself a hole whilst talking to the missus, you can easily change the subject by talking about the weather.
