Japenese Blatant Murder of Whales

Post by westernwedgey »

Please email or ring the consulate of Japan in Perth 9480 1800 and register your disgust at this practice if you wish. Plenty have already.

New Australian Research now proves that to conduct the "research" the Japs claim to be doing all you have to do is take a skin sample from a live whale as it breaches, no need to kill it. Although this could be a dangerous practice i certainly wouldn't lose sleep if a few Jap whalers died as a result, i would consider it karma.

They can't even coerce their own school children to eat whale meat after many attempts , let alone the majority of the Japenese population.

A shitload (1000's of tonnes) of whale meat sits in cold storage in Japan as a result.

So why do they do it???

Because they can.

Further to the above if one feels strongly enough about this issue, donations can be made to the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

These guys are the ones (volunteers) that were rammed by the Japs last year protecting the whales.

Just google the above Socitey name and donate on line.

The money will go to keeping the effort going and to keep the "Robert Hunter" and "Farley Mowat" at sea.

They are currently in NZ getting repairs and maintenance required to meet the Japs in December in the Australian Whale Sanctury and the Southern Ocean.
