POLICE OFFICER FIREARM SECURITY

A 49 year old WA police officer has been charged with failing to provide a locked cabinet
for the storage of his private firearms.

The officer has been charged by summons with Inadequate Storage Facility for Firearms (Firearms Regulations 1974 Regulation 11A (2)) that occurred on 27 February 2007.

He will appear in the Perth Magistrate’s Court on 29 August 2007.

** I can't give you his name as he hasn't appeared in court yet.

Uh... so what?

Excuse me for feeding the troll, but I hardly see what this has to do with listening to a radio. Request thread to be locked or moved.

No-one was named. Police should know better. And if you're not interested, don't read it.

I dont think this post discredits or defames the officer at all. Perhaps it is on the wrong forum but news is still news and with some of the members on here clearly having a police fetish im sure some of them were very interested in it.

I have no doubt that celestial posted this just as a bit of information as it is a story that gets a bit of a double take, I very much doubt it was malicious in anyway and you guys, like usual, take it completely out of context and have a little whinge.

So forgive ME for feeding the people who have obviously been left a little vulnerable by this news article but i request that you keep in mind that no one is above the law, not even the police.

***Off-Topic
Off topic stuff that just doesn't fit anywhere else. This is the place for jokes and rants :-) SPAMMERS GO AWAY - nobody here is interested in your scams, pills or celebrity porn!***

As you can see by the heading Hergott, posts in this area do NOT have to be related to listening to a radio.
