Hey, guys.

Random question....

Does anyone know if it is legal to make your own beer here in WA?

It sure is! It's been a few years since I did any brewing, but it was always good fun... There's a few homebrew shops around Perth where you can get supplies, and a few places where you brew your beer on their premises (if you don't want to buy your own gear).

Cheers guys. Yer spirits is a bit of a dodgy process anyway.........
Ive also heard its illegal to sell your homebrew. but surely it would be ok if for exmple if you had a beer tap system you brought to a party, and had a donation tin placed near the taps so that everyone can donate money just to cover the cost of buying the ingrediants for before the beer was transfomred into alchohol......

I'm guessing you would have to hold a liquor license to sell any form of alcohol?
"VKI, NJ050 will you be attending the job?"
"Negative VKI, my desk is bolted to the floor".

Correct, you cannot sell any alcohol without a licence.
