Four boys killed in Pinjarra had stolen, torched another car

EXCLUSIVE: THE four boys killed in a stolen-car crash in Pinjarra on the weekend stole, bogged and torched another car earlier the same night, police believe.

Pinjarra police today confirmed that a stolen car was bogged and torched on Morrell Rd a short distance from where the boys stole a Holden Commodore involved in the death crash.

Tonight's news says they may have had contact with another car and sped away. News implied that they were rammed, but you'd have to wonder who did the ramming.

Woman killed fighting intruder

A WOMAN was murdered last night as she vainly tried to fight off an assailant inside her northeast Melbourne home.

The woman, believed to be in her 70s, was found by her husband, also in his 70s, inside their home in the suburb of Templestowe shortly after 6.30pm (AEST).

Motorcyclist dies after police stop

A 21-year-old motorcyclist was stopped by police just minutes before he died in a collision with a car in Joondalup yesterday afternoon.
The Yamaha 600cc motorcycle was travelling north on Joondalup Dve about 5.30pm when it crashed into a Nissan Pulsar at the Shenton Ave intersection, throwing the rider onto the road.

ONE person is dead and another in a serious condition in hospital following a two-car collision in Perth's northern suburbs.

A 52-year-old man who was cut from the wreckage died later in hospital.

A MOTORCYCLIST has died after a collision with a car this morning in Canning Vale.
The incident occurred at about 4.44am on Hopewell st and Vulcan rd. The driver of the car was not injured.

Tuckey loses speeding fine appeal
Federal Member for O'Connor, Wilson Tuckey, has lost an appeal against a speeding fine he received last year.

Ha serves him right for speeding, suck it up buddy pay the fine and move on, just like I did, and many other people do.
