no Adams apple that i can see and the hands don't really say man but i the pose is right for the ol tuck and hide. Aside from her head the be disproportionate to the rest of her body i cant see anything.

it would appear the the black guy in the background is putting his arm through the door to put his hand up but the door is a ajar only slightly, still a impressive effort to contort himself to reach that far

Honestly i have looked at that perfection picture for soo long and not** worked it out, the most common theorys i have heard is that she is dead and that she is a wax figure but i have no idea!

I'm going to say the armored truck driver forgot to put the hand brake on and it rolled away and ended up there. This guy is heading to a wedding and thought it would be a novel idea to have his photo taken there.
