i dont know if anyone else does this, but i have been pulled over a few times by unmarked cars for RBT and random licence checks etc.

I will always ask to see their badge and i ask for their ID number + what station they are from. May seem silly but when there are these idiots impersonating police officers out there i dont think its a bad idea

More politely I would say JPhillips, you are are a naughty boy and should not do that even to your friends. Hopefully theres an unmarked car in the distance that you don't see and you get caught.
