because i dont want any more mirrors broken off.. which i think is fair enough....

and its not illegal for me to drive close to the line...

On the flip side, if you obviously are blocking the bike on purpose you then get them angry, and thereby you create a hazard to other road users (as soon as you let him pass he's gonna rev past.) Or to yourself there are plenty of stories where people have been bashed for telling someone something or doing something...Is it worth it?

i dont think it is.. because if i stay inside my own lane... how is it obstructing.. they can just go around the left hand side of traffic cant they??

If they are already lane splitting down the middle there is no way they can transfer to the left side in traffic, maybe a push bike can but not a motorbike. Hence you are obstructing.

Personally, I don't care, just trying to state what some of the law is (that I know, I mean the real guys could still state otherwise).
