New claims by WA police today in the cousins saga. Now stating that he had just under 3k in his car and he was under surveilance at the time hence why major crime was the ones that pulled him over. Be interesting to see where this one now goes.

I fail to see what the Eagles have done wrong and why people want action taken against the club.
Cousins is (was) an employee of the Eagles.
The Eagles as an employer sets standards of behaviour.
Cousins has on many occaisions broken the clubs rules.
The Eagles have dismissed him after repeated warnings.
Any employer is entitled to dismiss (sack) employees for a number of reasons.
Whether or not Cousins is guilty of any charges related to matters arrising this week, he is bad role model, a self confessed taker taker of illegal/illicit substances and is an idiot for not learning from his previous mistakes. The Eagles have made a business decision in the interests of the footbal club, and are guilty of nothing more than any other employer.

They agreed to let him play after the rehab, then said he's now been dumped for previous incidents. Hang on a minute... that doesn't sound right.auntys_eyes wrote:I fail to see what the Eagles have done wrong and why people want action taken against the club.

If absolutely nothing comes from this, he deserves to play, or sue.
Bling there are alot of off field incidents that we have not heard about before. I have heard a few rumours doing the rounds about Ben Cousins off field antics through one of the local WAFL clubs that my partners father is the property manager. Its amazing some of the things he gets told by players who have been around Cousins in the past.BLiNG wrote:They agreed to let him play after the rehab, then said he's now been dumped for previous incidents. Who cares
Who Cares, he's boring news now, change the subject.bomber wrote:New news reports are now reporting a news flash on ch 9 saying that when in LA and missing ben cousins was rushed to hospital after a 5 day cocaine binge.
If this is true surely this will be the end. Not sure how long the media can keep the ben saga going.
