They do have cameras inside the cockpit, but werent used this launch, there are cameras on the main tank that falls away and burns up, the solid booster rockets have cameras on them and there are a total of 38 all told on and inside the shuttle,, as we as 15 on the out side of the ISS. Docking is due tonight at 8.35 pm perth time,interesting to watch after chasing the station at 17000 kph.. 7.23pm is when the shuttle does a back flip for ISS crew to photo the underneath for damage at 800 feet,,,thats fantastic to see,,,a first for ISS to have a Female Commander and also the 2nd time for the shuttle also female..
